Skillbuilding Group for Parents of T(w)eens with Kirsten Nottleson and Ravid Aisenman Abramsohn

(Prerequisite: Raising Happier T(w)eens class or Starter Class)

It is so easy to get triggered when our children shut us out, won’t listen, don’t seem to want to cooperate with simple chores, or if they are having trouble in social settings or school. It can be hard to remember to plug in a little play or set a limit with warmth. It can be hard to listen to the scary things our children share or show us.

We are offering a 4 week Skillbuilding Group, for parents who have already taken a Raising Happier T(w)eens class, a Hand in Hand Starter Class, or equivalent, where you will get a chance to dive deeper into practicing the tools with your t(w)eens. On each call we’ll offer refresher ideas, time for you to ask questions, share experiences, and get Listening Time.

***Note: This group does NOT give you access to a classroom. It is meant to help you build on the skills you and other parents have learned from a previous Hand in Hand class. We ARE offering a 6-week Raising Happier T(w)eens CLASS which includes access to an online classroom full of videos, suggested readings, and homework assignments later in September. Please join that class if you’d like to learn how to adapt the tools to your t(w)een.
